At Craft Merchant, every door is made to order based on the size, design, material, and finish confirmed by the customer. Here is what you can expect after placing your order.

Production Time

Once your order details and payment are confirmed, production usually takes around 7 days.

Some detailed designs, special finishes, or larger orders may need extra time. If that happens, our team will let you know.

Delivery Time

Delivery time starts after your order has been completed and dispatched.

India: Approximately 3–5 days
United States: Approximately 5–10 days

We always try to deliver within the estimated time. However, delays may occasionally happen because of customs, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other situations outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is included in the final confirmed product price.

For orders delivered to the United States, any customs duties, local taxes, or special import requirements will be handled according to the terms mentioned in your final quotation.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by email or WhatsApp whenever tracking is available.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. Delays or additional charges caused by incorrect information may need to be paid by the customer.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If you notice any damage, missing parts, or packaging issues, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Photos of the outer and inner packaging
Your order or quotation details
A short explanation of the issue

Please keep the original packaging until our team has reviewed the claim.

Once we receive the details, we will check the issue and help with a repair, replacement, or another suitable solution. Claims received after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer law.
