Terms of Service

By using the Craft Merchant website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming an order, you agree to the terms below.

Custom Orders

All Craft Merchant doors are made according to the size, design, material, colour, and finish approved by the customer.

Product images are shown as references. Natural wood may have small differences in grain, texture, and shade. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Payment

A 50% payment is required to confirm the order and begin production.

The remaining 50% must be paid once the door is ready and before dispatch. These payment terms apply to both Indian and international orders.

Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements, opening direction, design details, and delivery information.

Craft Merchant will manufacture the door according to the approved details. We are not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Changes requested after production begins may involve extra charges or additional production time.

Installation

Installation is not included.

Customers must arrange installation through their own carpenter, contractor, or installer. Craft Merchant is not responsible for damage or fitting issues caused during installation.
